  • What is a full in-house generator?

    A permanently installed Generac home backup generator protects your home automatically. It runs on natural gas or liquid propane (LP) fuel and sits outside just like a central air conditioning unit. A home backup generator delivers power directly to your home’s electrical system, backing up your entire home or just the most essential items.

  • How much does it cost to install a generator?

    The cost of installing a generator will be based on the type and size of the generator. Our technicians will take their time to provide you with the best options for your electrical needs during an outage and make sure the project fits your budget. 

  • What is the warranty on a generator? 

    Generac offers a 5-year warranty on their generators when purchased from a licensed Generac Dealer.

  • How do I know what size generator I need?

    The size generator you need depends on the square footage of your home and the amount of power you need to run your appliances and electronics. At our initial consultation, we will identify the size of the generator that meets your needs. 

  • Do you install both portable and in-house generators?

    We are a licensed Generac dealer, we sell and install both portable and standby Generac Generators.  

  • How often do I need to service my generator?

    You should have your generator serviced at least once a year.

  • What should I do if my generator fails to start?

    If your generator fails to start, First, check to make sure that the generator is properly connected to the fuel source and that the power switch is turned on.
